We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool and spa, were great. The staff were very well trained and kind, especially at the reception. The location was perfect, with great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, close to Liberty Avenue and adjacent to a bar. The breakfast offered a good choice for vegan people, with options like oat milk and tofu.
Couldn't fault anything.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Daniel, the duty manager, took such great care of us from start to finish, and Ana from Seville surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and card in our room. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel itself is excellent with superb facilities, including a rooftop gym with stunning views of the city. The restaurants use fresh produce and the day spa offers top-notch treatments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location near the old city. We appreciated the complimentary breakfasts and the fitness center with top-notch equipment. The views from the room were breathtaking and we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi.
The decor was a bit outdated and the amenities were inconsistent. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being courteous and helpful while others were less so.

We recently spent Christmas in Lisbon and had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The location was perfect, with key attractions and a large park nearby. We loved that our room had a balcony, which provided a great spot for enjoying breakfast and evening cocktails. Another advantage was the delicious food offered through room service, making our stay even more convenient.
While we enjoyed our time at the hotel, we did find a few things that could be improved. The premises felt a bit dated and could use some updating to bring them into the modern era.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were big and comfortable, offering great views of the city. The location was perfect, close to the old town and with a big shopping mall nearby. One of the best aspects was the outstanding service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The only downside was the limited choice of English TV channels in the rooms. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, requiring a short taxi ride to get to the main attractions.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the excellent staff and their high levels of attentiveness. The hotel had top-quality facilities, including a well-equipped gym with a stunning view. The indoor pool and sauna were a great bonus, especially since they were often empty. I also enjoyed exploring the hotel's interior design, as well as the beautiful view of the city from the rooftop. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay.
Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Located in an area pretty far from everything except for the art museum, this hotel offers a convenient base for art enthusiasts. The rooms have a European feel with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. The hotel also boasts a rooftop view with a running track and a well-equipped fitness center.
The hotel may have odd hallways and stairs, making navigation a bit confusing.

This hotel offers timeless elegance with luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. the personalized hospitality made us feel like royalty from the moment of our arrival. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa treatments were top-notch, making for a relaxing experience.
One minor issue we had was the lack of a proactive concierge service to book trending restaurants. Nevertheless, the helpful front desk staff made up for this and provided alternate dining options.
